Jecon engineers pvt ltd Provide us Work from Home Facilities during Covid 19 Lockdown nd also provided 70% salary which was very helpful during that situation.. When Most of people are unemployed, My company helps me to survive..

Salary increment is the most disappointing.. For Learning it is best, but management doesn't address the salary issues..

Accommodation provided to staffs is awesome.

Dislikes

Delay in salery (it's 10th of every month).Only two leaves you can take in a month, It does mean you have to work 2 Sundays for which you won't be paid extra.
