I regretfully experienced firsthand the disorganised management, toxic work culture. Senior Manager does not respect the employees and scolds using inappropriate words. Managers are not at all understanding and are biased towards few people. The process and rules changes as per the situations and people leading to a frustrating and demotivating work environment. If you want to WFH for some reason then you will be asked to take leave.

Higher management strives to achieve better, anyhow the lower management structure needs standard formatting for continuous growth environment with skill set enhancement for teams and apart from it the company pays good and is awesome in culture
