Goa Campus. Work from Office 1. salary is on time. 2. professionalism is there. 3. regular appraisal.

Goa Campus 1. they will not provide appointment letter before 3 months and if you switch/ended before 2 years they will not provide experience letter. 2. only 12 leaves a year including medical leaves. No earned leaves or academic leaves 3. all campuses have different leave calendar. some campuses alternative Saturdays are off, which is not healthy for employees working mind set. Management is should look into more things to make the environment better.

You really like to believe that you like it...but due to no salary & other benefits.....its hard to digest the headless chicken sitting at the top

You dont feel inspired by seniors.....its more like lalaji company....no promotions, no updations , no acknowledments just buttering works all the time ....the older u get the more autocratic you become and you dont feel like working like a

Timings, flexibility and convenience to choose number of days you want to work.

Dislikes

Management is very poor, HR department is there but not credible - no confidentiality, the rules keep changing and nobody informs you, and suddenly you are bombarded with emails and shouted at, pointing out your mistakes. You can't go anywhere ro talk if you are facing an issue.

Negative environment.. They want Faculty to do everything like give water to students, arrange benches, decorations etc. Course coordinator has misbehavior attitude. No seats facility for Faculty....no place for taking lunch. Course coordinator misbehaves with other faculty in front of students which gives bad impact about the institute... No promotion facility....I said for promotion thn they started saying find other job...we can't give more than that.... I would never recommend JD to anyone.

no job security if u talk about hauz khas village as the so called course director who is herself not ver acadamically strong has taken over the seat with filter in her month & super judgemental attitude towards teachers
