Ontime salary. But that too is getting delay now a days. Company is going through heavy financial crisis. No ontime payment to employees and no ontime payment to vendors. They hire an employee and fire in three-siz months after main festive diwali. Thats their way of working. No increment since 3 years.

...rate guy who wants to become a trillionare within a night and a philanderer too. No salary on time neither the work timings. HR department let down new joiners in front of others and no care of your values and morals. If you want to resign they have their own format and you just have to sign. If you want to waste your precious time then only join the company

1. No Job Security. 2. Owners learn from Experienced Staff, then give pink slip to experienced staff, and get all work done from family member. 3. Family Member Pro Company. The idea is just to learn from employees, and then give them pink slip. 4. Financially in trouble. Growing on Franchisee Money. 5. Huge Bank Debt.
