This company is manufactur good product and delivery on time and also maintain zero non conformance from customers. I believe this is also a leading pipe manufacturer company in market at low prices and high quality. I am glad for as a employee in this company and all employees are very cooperative. Work environment is good and I also like to enjoy my work with all sb coordinates

I dislike it's policy of salary structure. This is very poor, there is only 8.44 % increment per yr. No time limit for work if there are so many works I have to stay there and complete my work first. There also not giving accommodation and benefits.

The managment of jco work like a fraud and salary structure of jco is different for every worker regardless of the designation. Company does not provide joining letter, payment slip, the company does not accept any kind of medical incident and the ergonomics and safety of the workers are not acceptable. The above mentioned point are 100% genuine.
