Canteen and pantry facilities and the salary they offered. Very supportive manager (Verghese Thomas) NPP.

Dislikes

NPP department is worst. AGM Manish Satpute is toxic and abusive. Very agressive and get angry very quickly. He sit right above your head to boss you. Many people leave that department because of him even one colleague become alcoholic because of the stress he gave him. He openly abuse loudly even for his boss Mr. Avtar singh (GM) But behind his back. Very poor onboarding process for new joinees.

I am working with Jcb India Ltd with 2 years and 8 months experience. I have completed my DAT in Quality Department. And after Jcb pursue me in Neem training under AICTE Scheme through Team lease.

Dislikes

Not giving opportunity company role. Contract with third party pay role and when I am giving my best everyday but no any better response from team management.

There is nothing good about company if you are on a third party pay roll, you don't even get opportunity to learn easily, There is a big discrimination between onroll employees and third party employees

Discrimination between on roll employees and third party pay roll employees, there is no facility for third party pay roll employees, They will only for documentation and field work. Every day felt like humiliated.

Overall it is a well reputed and good MNC compqny. Salary is very good as well as having good carrier growth and opportunity. It adpots latest technology and have a good focus on product quality.

Dislikes

Company is decent but growth is slightly slow, job security is aslo low. Managers do not value an individual efforts and strength.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global clients base . As a result, I get to travel abroad , especially to the Jaipur and Raipur but on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client location. I also like the employee Re- hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow . The work pressure is very high. Somet6, I have to work 12_ 15 hours straight in a day i have to attend manufacturing problems in the night and sometime there is no on- job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step -by - step which is a pain sometime.
