...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees .

...pplied or availablity and population halding also make greater compair to other. I am sure that my dream job discovery full fill here according to salary way or training way etc.More options will available in which I learn and make perfect my knowledge.

The process of joining of jcb I dislike, because after more searches I can't found the proper way of joining

Canteen and pantry facilities and the salary they offered. Very supportive manager (Verghese Thomas) NPP.

Dislikes

NPP department is worst. AGM Manish Satpute is toxic and abusive. Very agressive and get angry very quickly. He sit right above your head to boss you. Many people leave that department because of him even one colleague become alcoholic because of the stress he gave him. He openly abuse loudly even for his boss Mr. Avtar singh (GM) But behind his back. Very poor onboarding process for new joinees.

In jcb private limited the staff is good and my team also good because the used to as par my teaching

When I work in a thard parti service I used to hate there salary the most because they used to give very less amount. This is what I don't like.!

The managers, teammates & CFT teams are supportive. No issue with respect to work, or knowledge gain.

Dislikes

...rare, with less annual compensation increments. No market corrections are given. in some cases, newly joined employees have more salary than their managers who have been working for a long time. The campus is like a jail, once you enter you have limited access to go outside campus. Where many organisations promote an open culture, this organisation has a very conservative culture.
