You will get name of OEM in your portfolio. You'll definitely learn something new, but it wouldn't help anyway to grow your career professionaly.

Dislikes

Worst culture. Managers don't respond properly. If you are a diploma holder, you won't get even induction training. You'll get coupled with line right from the first day of joining. Poor politics culture No skill development Whole in a nut shell. Join JCB PPI only when you are in 3 star tier 1 company and want to jump in OEM. Otherwise your life will be nothing less than hell. Production DGM there right now Name - LKS. Is the worst person I have seen in my entire life. He pull down credits of his own in team in front of his superior just to show, that no one can handle these donkeys better than me. Worst person LKS.

Yes, "cronyism" is a very fitting word, especially as the behavior involves favoritism towards a close circle or group at the expense of fairness and merit. It captures a specific aspect of toxic workplace dynamics rooted in favoritism.
