They bisbehaved and had salary issues with every employee. U can cross check with different consultants. They also know. They did the same approach with every faculties. They assassin character badly just because u stand with the students.

Likes

The only thing good are the children. If you are a dedicated teacher, teaching is something you will enjoy.

Dislikes

Colleagues are good, but few of them have questionable behaviour. Salary is never on time, reaches the end of the month for previous months salary. Blatant discrepancies in the amount given to the teacher. Discrimination made on the basis of gender. Male employees getting more salary in spite of the women employees being more qualified. The work environment as such does not exist. Family run organisation.

There is nothing to like about the intitute.

The director is just a lier and doesn't give salary at all. He just talks to you sweetly before you join the institute but once you join the intitute, you get to know that everything he was telling was just a lie. And about salary, forget about on time, he just don't give the salary. he stops taking your calls or replying to your texts when you ask for salary. Actually he is a bankrupt person and doesn't understand the business at all. He doesn't give salary to teachers, staff, water suppliers, cleaning staff anybody that's why everybody work there for just 2-3 months and leave the intitute without getting paid. Entire city know about this fact that he doesn't pay salary. When someone in the city gets to know that you work in JC Maxwell Science Institute, there next question is : Do you get your salary? You start feeling pity on you and starts regretting your decision. My best recommendation is don't fall for that froud, lier and idiot director. Anyway because of this habit, his institute will hardly survive 2024 session. Students are hardly 60 in number there. He is in loss of approx 1.5-2 lakh per month. Forget about the profits.

I hv been a student there, and really enjoyed that part of my life, both as a student (academics) and being part of JCMSI family. I have got a very friendly environment as well as science stream education in just the way that I can understand.

Dislikes

It has to go a way long, and its very early to judge lackings. It does have a little bit of mismanagement I feel, and teacher stability. But it was compromisable with all the pros.
