Bad connection b/w Employ and Company, Company chited the Employ, not give salary at time 2-3 Month delay peyment, and less Amount in salary provided to Employ, Even salery is greater, No any solution will provide, I think no one have to do job in this Company, my eperiance is very bad about the company,

All the management system is good and also a good platform to learn new things for freshers and also better opportunity for experience person to utilise their knowledge and gain more benefits from company side.

There salary issue is more critical not creadited on time always delay more than 15-20 days and incriment in salary also not good.

...mpany...please dont join...they are getting blacklisted from every other site...they dont have enough money to give our salary. Worst management ever. They dont even reply ( evem though i was on a senior post there)

Currently I working and it's bad thing company provided salary too much late it's not only one month matter but also every month following continue.

Dislikes

The management having too much poor. Food also very unhealthy. Water problems. Company those room provided that's having very dirty. That's why I resigned.

There is nothing to like here. Repeating, don't join if you're above diploma.

Salary is very less about 300/day and it never comes on time. Will hire you as engineer but will put you with ITI level emoloyee. No adequate facility is provided. No trainer is there. If there is any fault, your immediate superior management will try to put all blame on you. If you want to learn about Substation, go join any other organisations but never opt for this.
