No Job Security, no salary on time. No fooding expenses, house rent and other facilities for any thing. And many hidden norms after joining. Giving joining at one location and giving posting in other location. No training, and very bad environment. No hiecharchy just very bad.

Dislikes

One of the bad exprience face in my 20 years of working tenure, no salary on time no facilities. My lifetime worst exprience. Just company making fool to its employes.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
