I like working at JBM as Dispatch Assistant under the guidance of Dinesh Sir. Although the work was systematic rather than other companies. Leaving the employees on time after working hours.

Dislikes

I didnt like the work culture. Less salary paid, terminating employees without any notice and without telling any reason. Most of the seniors were of cheap mentality, cruel and selfish.

...des rumours and getting hid mind and thought all over at his work . As a B.Tech. In mechanical and being a fresher salary is average according to the work place and job satisfaction. Learning is high here to be a perfectionist.

Dislikes

Since due to having high pressure sometimes we have to stay over time to push the pending . The area is not too good because if you not having your own vehicle then you have to face trouble while travelling from company to home.

Plotics is more , not any trainning,not job security, not career growth, more detection salary, bad work enviroment

Working environment is quiet difficult even late hour sitting, there is tremendous pressure over work place, when we go ouside for company wmployee use there own transportation..
