Very hard work in the company. Company politics are not provide but work culture is average and not increase salary any time. This company management are very bad specialy HR department.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high sometimes.i have to work 11-12 hr.parday managers do not value an individuals unique strength,i have to take back my suggestions most of the times

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good,appraisals are fair they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

They have not relive employees before 3 months . They harras peoples to complete three months but in offer later mentioned that 3 month notice or payout. Especially , Jbm Bus Division is ridicuidicusouly harass people's. They are not ready to relive any employee when employee will ready to pay 3 months amount.
