A wide group and working for many OEMs accross india so you have a scope of good learning. Team is supporting, No issue for job security, Work Timing are strict 08:30-17:00 and no pressure of over staying. You have to just manage your works.

Salary growth is average and you get promotion chances late still doing good work. Work pressure due to lot of works and team you get less as per work amount.

Only thing an employee seeks from the employer is yearly and timely increment in his salary. Jbm's only drawback is that it's incremental policy is not fixed. And also the growth is not satisfactory. As per my personal view.

...to any of the working personals, Worst company and staff which i am facing here.Politics,No conveyance Provided, Gives no space to personal life with a little salary, no working hours fixed , No extra Bugs for overtime and no compensation provided, Every day work hour is around 15 hours.Lot of Politics.

1) Canteen & Transportation facility yet to be started. 2) HR policies needs to be slightly improved, although improvement is there but pace is very slow.
