To prepare process flow diagram, process failure mode & effect analysis, control plan, Part inspection standard & packing standard for new product. (NPD) ⮚ To prepare inspection report of all incoming raw material and BOP parts. ⮚ To prepare work instruction & testing procedure for new /regular product. ⮚ To conduct product awareness training for all concern person i.e. process engineer, operator & final inspection inspector. ⮚ To monitor product performance for 90 days after start of production (SOP). ⮚ To prepare countermeasure action for any kind of failure (in house & customer end) or improvement as per customer requirement. ⮚ To prepare quality problem summary sheet for all products & find out root cause. ⮚ To prepare corrective & preventive action report & 8D report for in-house rejection & customer complaints. ⮚ To prepare SPC, Product & process audit & MSA report on monthly basis. ⮚ To prepare Pareto chart on monthly basis to analyze in-house rejection. ⮚ Responsible to implement 5‘S in quality department as well as shop floor.

Compony is good very I am not found job satisfactions here. Because my senior not support to me. I always divoted to our company. I always take initiatives, gives more time and very good results and handling heavy pressure but still my senior ignore these all thinks at the time of appraisal. Jbj dose not provide any facility .

Good opportunity to grow fast compare to other organizations. Most important managent is very supportive and helpull. For future very good place to work. Half my experience has gone here i liked it very much. In short Simply the best.
