Likes

Ability to develop management skills are good but culture here is terrible no faculty or students talks about skills,technology, research and any new advancement in the field, college management is terrible couldn't even able to fill whole seats in all department.working here is pure monarchy.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

...urity and management are completely useless couldn't even take simple decision . Salary structure is pathatic. I bet no one working here is satisfied.
