THERE IS NOTHING SPECIAL TO GIVE ANY LIKE. THE WORK CULTURE IS AVERAGE. THE DIRECTORS OF COMPANY IS COMPLETELY IRRATIONAL AND DOESN'T BOTHER ABOUT EMPLOYEE BENEFIT. THE DIRECTORS OF JAYPEE CREATES UNNECSAARY WORK PRESSURE AND DESPITE GIVING FULL EFFORT TO MEET THE TARGETS CAN'T ABLE TO SATISFY THEM. THIS IS BEYON THE ABILITY OF MANAGEMENT STAFF. EVEN I AM THE WORST SUFFERER WHILE WORKING 6 YEARS IN JAYPEE.

1. WORKING STYLE 2. POOR PLANNING 3. BLAMING OTHER COLLEAGEUS 4. ABNORMAL WORK PRESSURE 5. NOT GIVING PAYMENTS WITHIN TIME.
