Ensuring HEME availability tofaciltate mining operation for achieving excavation target.maintenance planning. Spare and resource planning .preventative and predictive maintenance. Thats always good and releasable job

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.I have to work 12-14 hours and sometimes late into the night

Maximum plant field employees not take responsibility specialy to Rewa related.all industry on land but my 13 working with Jaypee cement why much more power provide if your worker is your boss not successful any plan if plant run no job for landlooser

As I am working in jayppe group here too much satisfied because of stability in that fase( the time is crucial )another company or group definitely employ has no job But it's our company everybody safe here I love my company. Vikas sharma.

Company owner best but plant incharge not good quality other industry if all persons 8 hr duty properly plant growth this group mostly working 12 without any extra allowance 90% plant sale
