It’s very innovative and resourceful company with highly technical workforce that enables them to offer state of the art technical solutions and have excellent Proto development facilities at Coimbatore factory come R&D centre. On job learning and continues to upgrade their team technical knowledge through training and association with TML.

No hike, no basic respect, no work life balance, partiality, egoistic senior's except few. As the platform wants us to be polite not interested to express completely how i feel i m. Zipping my mouth, the constructive feedback i could give is change the name to jayem slavery (P) LTD.

No promotion no hikes, HR is just a puppet for R&D GM, what he told they blindly do the job , they send onsite work after that no response from company they asking only send the timesheet every month end, please don't join this company☹️☹️☹️☹️

its been good experience on working with company , We testing BS VI Engines in CNG, Bi-Fuel Vehicles, Gasoline, Diesel Fuel vehicles .
