Compensation is decent. But growth is now. The work oressure is very high. Sometume, i have to work 12 -14 hours straight in aday as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers donot value an Individual, ubiqe straight wich is why i have to take back my suggestion most of the time. I do receive appreciation emails from my client but the mostly go unnoticed during mid year appraisals there is no on job training for fraisher. Hencesineir folk like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of such a team that sells high quality product at economical prices. During my tenure i have gained valuable exposure in the field of Hydraulic Tubes, Gasket, jointing sheet, hoses & rubber components. I am also involved deeply in the costing and the commercialization of the above mentioned products being supplied to the end customers like Escorts, Eicher, Maruti, Hero Honda, Yamaha, CNH and many others. We have a good clientele base which further help us in making more precise products at best suited prices suited to the customized needs of the customers.

Dislikes

Compensation & the job satisfaction is very low. The working pressure is very high. Manager do not value the individuals unique strengths which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of times. I do not receive any appreciation from the management side. Company do not provide proper on job training for their employees.

Very bad environment and bad culture. Teammates not supportive and management is only time paas. pf and bonus not provided to most of the employee.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary was not credited on time, career growth very slow. No any job training provided but work expectations is so high.

Working atmosphere is good.A secured atmosphere for girls and ladies.If you do your work genuinely than you will not face any problem.

Some time I feel there is some mismanagement.But they were working on it to improve it.
