The company offers a pretty comfortable work environment and readily adopts the latest technology. I feel proud to be a part of a process-centric team that ethically caters to a huge client base.

Dislikes

see sample Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation by seniors for my work dedication but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

account people will deduct your requisition and convence claim , no laptop no mobile has given for sale purpose compony has no budget in this segment for sales people thats why not a good place to work

This is good company, you will learn here in various type of departments like, fabrication, assembly, paint shop, etc. all over company is good and very supporting staff, some type of fools person is every where so you will also meet them here.

Dislikes

there are some losses in this company such as work environment is ok but not good, there is no canteen facility, this may be differ for everyone but in my thinking there should have a canteen facilities.

As a freshers I joined in Jaycee, have learnt a lot from the company like from teammates, seniors, higher authority. As being a freshers it was really nice in terms of job security, the overall appraisal is average but TA policies is fantastic, no salary issue, little bit lack of work-life balance. As being a growing company someone has to give much effort to sustain in market.

Only issue is that they don't provide any medical facilities but they have PF ESI facilities.

Excellent place to work and develop your cabability to handle maximum responsibilty in day to day chellenging life. I have worked for more than 5years and gather a good experiencing to utilise the resource and leading a team in different area.

More training session to be developed by the company for outstation employees.
