...Like you change job get New Position.Company policies is good and Like PSU only. But Now a day's cost cutting is going on everywhere that is why Can't say how long hi salaried person will servive. Many old batch manager and AGM are doing job here so one cannot expect to take credit because Here people work but power is there with AGM He takes credit of the work without doing anything. That is the biggest problem with Jayaswal Neco Industries.

AGM takes credit of the Fellow managers work's without doing anything because of the power given to them and they give wrong feed back to the management about their Colleagues.

THE SAYING RIGHTLY GOES "IT STARTS FROM THE TOP". FROM PROMOTERS TILL DOWN THE LINE EVEN WITHOUT BEING A CORPORATE THE CULTURE IS TOTALLY OF A CORPORATE.

...ement employee benefits & park time to time, Increment & promotion time on time. If increment on October month but it has applicable from April as an arrears and pay to the employee.

Not pressure of work , good culture people are also friendly my senior is good, if you stay for work c off will generate , snacks also availble, good place to learn and even stay for long time, bus is free ,bonos is extended to your ctc, one time ctc will get at increment time that was ausome.

Work culture is same in every steel plant, plant is good if you have experience , salary is totally half for the freshers, as compared to other plant & nd neither any accommodations provide by company, growth is slow. , Thank you
