I really not recommend this company There os no learning environment and the management behaviour is arrogant additionally there is salary issue with this company related to hike If you do work like anything for thia company they will consider like nothing We can say this is pure local store where owner alsways burn your blood and there is no job security

Nothing remarkable to mention, average company with dirty politics. Work load is very high.

Dislikes

10% salary deduction due to no order from customer! It's horrible. No annual increament for year due to pandimic! Sacking the employee due to no scheduled, zero job security. if familiar with dirty politics, it's ok.

I wanted to share some observations and concerns I've noticed regarding our current work environment at Jayashree Polymers.Lately, I've observed that the balance of work and productivity could be better. Unfortunately, it seems that there is a tendency among some team members to engage in office politics and gossip, which can negatively impact our overall efficiency and morale.I believe that if we address these issues and focus on creating a more positive and productive atmosphere, it will significantly contribute to the company's growth. Specifically, there might be a need to reassess the roles and contributions of some long-standing employees, as their influence may not be entirely beneficial to our progress.

Likes

They give good salary hike when they are needed for new joining but no increments further next 3-4 years. This is only single banfit to join this company.

Dislikes

Wrost Management. They are distroing the career of many persons. First they give you best salary hike and after 3 to 6 month they will ristricate without any preior information. Management use abusing language. Also management do not care about any employee.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and innovatio and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.
