...ss was not giving me my full pay because his share of the pay was not coming in. So the salary is not reliable as it is very volatile. You will only find this out when you join the company before joining it will seem as if everything is finee

Teaching students was the best part since I was so passionate about it. It's a Genuine Job and make good pay.

Night class for other country students was the most exhausting task especially when we have start the classes early morning.

Jayas Academy is just a place where puppets work under an over dominating and rude leader. It is a women's organisation which does not care about the needs and well being of the tutors . The tutor just needs to work and work and work.

Dislikes

Everything , from the coordinators to the hr. Everything is rubbish. They don't even issue an experience certificate for an employee working in the organisation for more than one year.
