Job location is quite good. Working staffs are supportive. There is a huge garden and on Friday, we can do sports activities.

You just need to cow down, and your job is intact.

Poor work life balance, politics, have a very wired pay structure, will hold 10 % of your salary and will be given back to you as bonus. I’ve never ever seen such a institution which is preserving its age old employees like pickles.
