Only time to time salary, bonus & job security.

Shame on JST Management. The wages of workers is very very poor. We get only Rs.416/- as daily wages. Management spoil our lives. Staff's salary increased every year with above 60K to 1 Lakh, but the workers get only 40+ rupees. Shame On JST Management. Now a days price is increased but workers wages is poor. Shame on ABG, Shame on JST Management.

Dislikes

...on is a big disadvantage. 3 hrs of commute if you are travelling from Kolkata. Growth in terms of compensation is painfully slow if you join at a junior level.

The company is open to innovation and readyily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable; high quality products and has a global client base.

It provides great opportunities for the GET who have joined directly after college. As they get to learn all the departments and their functions. They also get to know the different businesses of Jayashree Textiles. Meetings with the top management and learning from them the new ideas about how challenges are faced and how they can he make his career in a better direction.

Dislikes

Jayashree Textile should give a little bit more advantages to the one who are working in different cities for the company. They can not get all the facilities that the one who are working within the company premises are getting. Their work life balance are sometimes out of the box and they can not handle. Company should arrange some sessions for them , so that they can feel better and do their work more efficiently as they were doing it before.
