...uses desktop Entirely dependent on force motors employee review. Strict timing. Even if you late for 5 minutes they will deduct your salary proportionately. Don't join in Direct Tax dept. The force motors DT hod have no sense of talking. He is very arrogant and dominate jaya hind employee. For Tea, you have to get your cup and stand in a queue which feels very embarrassing. More than half employee’s are senior citizen..

Think 20 times before joining this firm... No job security... HR come throgh u out company any time.. No notifications at all.. Old mind set ... If u get security job there means u can join...
