increments and promotions not available and outside new company staffs give best salary backache but our company staffs working 7 and above years working staffs not considered basic increment that partiality for old employees our company

There is lot of politics and mainly in Partiality seeking. No pay/ reward / worth for staffs extra time working. No job security. No one hear what we says ..

Jay Jay Mills group is a standard working place for every individual. If you perform well, you will get the good result. Working hours, infra structure, co- workers all good(normal work pressure and politics are there though). The management is also excellent.I suggest this company to whoever wants to apply for a job.

You can balance work-life simply in the context of leaving the job on time provided you complete the task for the day.

No learning at all, Appraisal depends on the profit of the company the previous year if negative then no increment, No job security.

They are providing good opportunity for youngsters to start their career. According to me they are not considering the qualification of the employee. They just need an employee. Ive completed UG degree with no history of arrears and gold medal too. But im working in Machine. Machine operator higher qualification is 10th standard only. But after completing UG degree we are not considered by HR departmentbased on our 2 years of experience, our qualification.

Dislikes

If any problem with the female the jay jay mills won't ask the truth behind the male. They ask to female about the problems and they terminate the male employees. Many higher officials too have been dismissed. According to me the manager should consider both the men and womens words and truth behind and then decide to terminate or to change section. The HR department persons are too rude and they behave like uneducated. They simply say you can relieve from here. But none of the good HR department staff wont speak careless. This was a worst character.
