Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Very racist work culture, most of the ASM's (don't want to take names) are not fit to be Office Boys but are in high position because they BELONG TO THEM. If the staff doesn't suck up to ASM's then their will play football with the staff, kicking from one shop to another using as a reliver. Company is Pro Arabic and they look down upon other nationalities and religious backgrounds. It's is a shame that in country that promotes itself as a Rainbow nation such organizations are following opposite practices. The owners seem to be unaware or just blind sided.
