No any support for lower staff from management because I experienced many time every time lower staff is paying for any functional error in work

There is team of very old group of people's, who makes difficult to others to grow and work . But it huge group to grow. Lot of opportunities

Owners behaviour is too good they are very calm n polite, specially Amrita mam, Gurbakshish sir and Balwant sir. In my department my Head Mr Neeraj Matkan he is so nice and polite nature.he never show their seniority to their subordinates and always guid them best towards the work. He is a good boss.

Company' job security. In the accounts department.

Job Security Good, Culture is better, management Parental Attitude. Policies in practice from induction to exit. Management is practical in entire operation.

Need to strengthen the corporate culture.Corporatee is in existence. Need to strong it.
