I have worked in Jasper industry for 22 month's it's been a great journey , cooperative management but no skills development and carrer growth .

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow also there is no on job trainings for fresher's .Hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step .Wich is a pain sometimes

There are not able to interst to give incentives intime one work having only one man power how the management think that type to run the company it was going to customer centricity for customer satisfaction falling down aftral employees ki coeffee supply cheyalenantha situation lo vundhi Some of the customers told to me close your tata company first manam em mistakes chesaam ani mimmalni meeru question chesukondi meeku cheppe antha vaallam kaakapovachu but naakinthe thelusu any way its a nice experience with jasper private limited company thank you to everyone office time 9-6p.m but we left the office everyday 7:30 or 8p.m because of place is less but service vehicles are very bulk these are all comes in part of lack of man power

At my current company, The only thing I like about work is they are ready to recruit you whenever want.

Poor Management decisions, after work life. Third party interference, Decision making is horrible. Appraisal is poor

Have to follow multiple instructions from multiple persons who are not related to the department which creates lot of delay in simple work

there is partiality and new and old emloyes are dugged down to show room employees at all pranchises and the team leaders, and managers believe only ones openion against suffering employees,there is the all salesmen take the sales of showrooms and pretend like their own sales, some of the managers support to their like persons, but they didnot supporting the customer relations managent (new sales men sales)....so many failures.....an so on.....
