Good work experience with many challenges .they give good salary and bonus

New joinees will never get confirmation letter every time probation period will be extended. No proper inter department coordination . No team work. No feedback system. Negative work environment

Likes

You can leave office on time. No forced overtime required. However sometimes you need to stay and come on weekly offs as & when required. Sunday & Alternate Saturday off. HR is supportive. Company paid salaries during first Covid lockdown. Company has growth potential.

Dislikes

Internal politics in QC department. Quality head has acquired some certifications but posseses no knowledge of it. No on job training. No decision making. 'Tumhara kaam tum jaano' attitude of H.O.D. No team leadership. Job security depends on your boss. I have to leave company because of my HO.D. He even made two other employees to leave job. For two consecutive years I got least appraisal among all employees just because of my boss.

I would like to say about Jash engineering that being in Jash would let you enhance your technical skills and knowledge. The people here at Jash are technically very sound and helps each other learn and grow.

Dislikes

There are always some small issues in every big organisation. Same as in Jash few things needs to be change like no. Of leaves available to employees, Otherwise there is no such issues. But there are many good points which overshadows this .

Owner of company is best entrepreneur, He wants overall developmebut of company as world class work environment.

Dislikes

Poor managment, unprofessional work environment, increments not provide timely, Forcing only on production, not concern about Quality of products.
