Excellent Work culture, I found leadership is people centric and always making genuine efforts to keep employee happy. The leadership is caring & empathic, while also staying practical and focused on goals. Organisation made sure my role & responsibility aline with my ambitions, Provided me nourishment & guidance whenever required. Never shy off when it came to rewarding. I have seen organisation growing rapidly from small rented office to owning 2 big offices, its fantastic feeling to be part of such success story.

Colleagues are generally helpful. Work is Consistently available though on internal projects which do not see the daylight.

From partiality to favoritism, misleading CTC structure and company policies. Career advancement prospects are minimal, Bossy attitude from higher management, Company tech stack is very limited. they create an illusion of supportive work environment. No proper management qualities in any managers to handle a development project, putting immense pressure on employees. There is lot of non-sense in the name of fun activities or fun-fridays.
