I had given lot of the efforts and training for fresher, manager and subordinators for streamlining business and yield growth, costing but my all efforts vain, Senior person like me involved and equipped 24x7 operation. The work and regulatory compliance pressure very high so I had quited my job.

I don't see anything any thing extra ordinary in supporting through Covid-19 apart doing work from home like mostly are doing in every industry or company, with same burden of work as we were having during normal times.

As sales manager, all one can do is talk to targeted clients on Jas but can't achieve result in your region as all rates and freight rates centralized to country H. O. which makes it difficult to compete locally unless one is on touch with service providers which the company restricts making it uncompetitive
