It’s the worst company to work with ever. They are spoiling children career by giving them greed of a good package but after they join, the treatment is horrible. There is no job security and no retention ratio. The managers treat their BDE’s at such level that they start feeling depressed.

Dislikes

There is nothing in Jaro education that i liked. I’ll suggest every student to not go home in this company just because they offer you a good package. You will regret it anyway.

They will give you good salary as compare to other companies.

One of the worst organisation to work with. No job security, no work life balance, too much of politics and the working environment is very kiddish.

It is one of the most transparent company in paying salary and incentives.

Dislikes

A few company policies are very bad, even disrespectful. If you are late due to any reason your salary will be deducted, 6 day working culture, very rare holidays. NO GYM, NO CAFTERIA, NO FREE FOOD,NO WORK FROM HOME, NO SOFT SKILLS TRAININGS. ONLY ADMISSIONS and SALES TARGET.

Timely salary is the only advantage along with certain people who believe in helping you out. Not everyone helps. If you are lucky enough to get some senior who teaches u work then probably you can survive

Dislikes

No work life balance at all. They make you slog till 9-9:30 every day. Won't give you your paid leaves also. They call u after working hrs also and expect you to be active round the clock. You won't find peace for sure

Good salary and incentive structure to attract candidates to immediate joining

No job security Hire and Fire culture After joining within 2-3 month they fire you of you’ll be unable to achieve target. Its not like i was the one i have seen almost 20 people resigned in 40days
