Honestly it's a pathetic company. I worked as review executive there for around a year, way too much of office politics . There are lot of good opportunity but this kinda first job made me loose hopes on it. So I would highly highly recommend "NOT TO JOIN"

... of things what I dint like about jaro or eins- -We were allowed to use phones -Coming even 5 min late then the working hours would deduct your salary -Luckily my manager was really kind so the only good thing I remember about it was that. -Forget about the extra flexibility of working hours, they would not have basic amenities. -You are being judged on everything u do.(pathetic people and working environment)

Good place for fresher as u will learn sales and learn how to handle pressure

If u r serving notice period your two month of salary will be on hold and there fnf takes lots of time. Imagine surviving without salary for more than 2 months nd fnf at 60 days is crazy

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not on time a lot a delay I salary there is no growth. They deminise new jonies. There is no job security any time they can remove u. The superior have a superiority complex among them. The worst experience. Plzz dont join this company

People at Jaro are friendly and help you teach the nuances of industries. The HR team is filled with good looking bimbs. The content team is full of aspirational learned individuals and the CEO is very pretty.

Work life balance goes for a toss when working in Jaro. But compensation and value for work gives an edge to Jaro and makes an intern think that the time is worth spending.

Timely salary is the only advantage along with certain people who believe in helping you out. Not everyone helps. If you are lucky enough to get some senior who teaches u work then probably you can survive

Dislikes

No work life balance at all. They make you slog till 9-9:30 every day. Won't give you your paid leaves also. They call u after working hrs also and expect you to be active round the clock. You won't find peace for sure
