...ke leave one day, they deduct 3000 straight away. Those people don't have heart. Always asks to work on Sunday's but nothing extra bonus is provided. Very very pathetic culture. If a person joins company one week earlier than you, even if he joins one day earlier than you, you have to call them sir and ma'am. Can't use mobile fon even after 7 pm which is officially work timing. Always they will make you sit in office till minimum 9 pm and maximum 11 pm. Very worse experience

Everything here is to dislike only. Even After giving resignation and serving notice period they haven't provided me my experience certificate, it's been 6 months now, the branch manager is pathetic, he always says checking checking but never gives experience letter

Their is nothing to like about this job, honestly i worked here for 2 months and it felt like a torture, no matter how much efforts you put in here you will always feel less, you will work overtime for free.

Dislikes

No worklife balance Bad managers (especially the one who is in thane) Pay is nothing as compared to the amount of work you do. Bad company, but a good experience for freshers to start with, when you start with worst, you realise the importance of good work culture and you value it even more.

worst culture.if u resign they will hold your salary n never give it ,14 hours shift , monika khandelwal branch manager is very rude n involves in personal life as well .. abuses employee.. threaten them that she will hold salary n give termination.. if u go here your life will become hell trust me .

The salary that they give is better than market average. Though there are few unreliable employees, there are few really good colleague.

Dislikes

There no work life balance at all. You'll have to work on weekends. No job security. You'll have to forget about respect too, the TL doesn't mind about who's around and what is the situation, if you don't achieve your target you get shouted in front of the whole office. Obviously you'll have to work extra time regularly.

Timely salary is the only advantage along with certain people who believe in helping you out. Not everyone helps. If you are lucky enough to get some senior who teaches u work then probably you can survive

Dislikes

No work life balance at all. They make you slog till 9-9:30 every day. Won't give you your paid leaves also. They call u after working hrs also and expect you to be active round the clock. You won't find peace for sure
