Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Likes

Jardin Nig Ltd struggling to come up in their profession. This company was excellent once upon a time before current Govt of 2015. There was 1500 workers with lots of golf course and urbanization projects from clients and Govt. Now they don’t have projects in hands and surviving in their business in Nigeria.

Dislikes

So many bosses doing nothing. There is no final decision making authority, always in confusion because of so many bosses and ideas. Always Confusion and doubts in their profession. No job security and reliability.
