Good company with good culture. Salary is standard as per market. Promotion you won't get with in 10 yrs also. Every Promotion is fixed from head office, if you are getting the support from higher post leader you won't get Promotion.

Dislikes

Target growth on every year very high. The investment in market as per Target is nothing. So with out investment we need to do the budget. No support from head office.

Very Good atmosphere to work with, individuality is respected because you can express your views and Company gives good hearing & considered (job-related) according to merits.

Dislikes

The compensation & benefits are very ordinary as a Multinational & comparable to Indian Companies, for Representatives. Whereas as Management posts it's generous & substantial.

...ho wish to work hard definitely get chance for carrier growth with secured job . Company give proper environment to work with innovative ideas which also properly addressed with good pay package and proper appraisal by higher management . As a result work life ballance is also saved .

Sometimes execessive sales pressure derailled the proper focus of the company . Sometime regular metoo priducts also divert the focus .

It's kinda work life balance for all but if you are on payroll there is an added advantage

Please don't join here if you are on contract basis since it's a disadvantage for you always the blame comes on third party people even you aren't wrong very less salary and too much of work. There is no MNC culture people are having double minded mentality and behave as if they are in school.
