Can't find out anything to like except Salary on time..

All, no work life balance, No supporting hands available, No holiday Even had to work Sunday, most pathetic is 90 days Notice period but No NP reduction policy or Early Release facility available just like Incoming facility available but Outgoing not allow.... Very Bad corporate culture..

...meing . There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. No salary growth . Most important there is so partiality. Didn't get carrect traveling.

overall its, a very good organization but salary should be a give high for the normal designation employee

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportivr and the management is trasparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good sallary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
