In jana finance on time monthly salary im received every month. Without fail. Regarding Management is good to me. And i would resigned my job at 2019 january.. due to my family issues.....

Work timing is not suitable for me some times... but not all the days . Only few days alone.

...tion manager. Every day the same work there isn't any single thing for learning. No job security, they just removed their employees from other branches in the name of cost cutting (although they were performing good). If talking about increment if you get 10% atleast it will be the highest amount of percentage. strongly not recommended if you have the project Janalakshmi.

Unfortunately there is only things to dislike in this company. By mistakenly I write down my experience in likes so go get them there!!! By the way Strongly not recommended if you have Project Janalakshmi.

It is pleasure to work with Janalakshmi Financial Services. Working with cooperation and trusting very much for doing any type of work but before all of this the priority of company is important, environmental of this micro finance sector is very nice to learn from bottom to top and it is important to every fresher.

Dislikes

... have to work also on Sunday and there is no limit of time as per work pressure. Yes this was appreciated but not satisfied with compensation.
