All, no work life balance, No supporting hands available, No holiday Even had to work Sunday, most pathetic is 90 days Notice period but No NP reduction policy or Early Release facility available just like Incoming facility available but Outgoing not allow.... Very Bad corporate culture..

...those who will join as a RCO - Collection Team or CREC. I was Area Head there. Company has the only good thing that Salary Credited timely. JANA forces employees for Pocket Funding, that means If any customer didn't pay his/her emi, you have to fund it from your Salary. Worst work culture there. Manager will force you to do FRAUD. Suppose, you have collected the EMI of RAM, after doing signatures and by generating receipts. Now, Company will enforce you to deposit RAM'S EMI into the account of SHYAM, Which is clearly a fraud. When you will submit resign, company will blackmail you, pointing all that frauds and manager will say all the frauds are done by you. Please never ever join here.

Fraud Activities, Even higher level managers and HR are involved with that frauds. You will realize after 3months of joining.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

At first employees work on teamlease after 1year they will be in onroll

overall its, a very good organization but salary should be a give high for the normal designation employee

Good work not environment culture. Termmates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria igaming arcade for billing. Company policied are bad, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and not provide bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is very bad
