I don't have anything to say good for JFS I feel I have wasted my one year in JFS. managers and higher authority they just take your advantage and only politics.

Dislikes

Don't go to spoil your future as well as your career only politics is there they don't pay appropriate money and they higher for different job role and once you get selected they will assign you different work your job profile will be different and work will be something else no value of work and you have to work 10-11 hours they don't pay Extra for that they will call you on Saturday and Sunday for extra working. there is no individual growth for an employee.

Company is very good in following compliance. Company is aggressive in cost cutting. Very competitive

Dislikes

Big difference in salary structure for same profile and position. Hire and fire on requirement bases. Very short term strategies most of the time cost effectiveness is main motive. Most of the drive are centralized, so not much for you to change whether good or bad

They change and department any time. My corporate Salary Dept is closed. I have joined just in 2 months completed. Than after My Department is Closed they transfer me to casa department

Any Department can close any time There is zero job security in Jana Small finance Bank.

Janbank, everything is fine at the higher level. Salary and incentives are also good, there is no problem.

Dislikes

The working culture is very bad. Especially the behaviour of the branch head is very bad. Branch head treat employees like servents and he forces the employees to resign forcefully. Even after giving resignation they do not give relieving letter. Branches are open on Sundays in the collection part. HR listen to every branch head and do not investigate anything from their side. The name of the branch head of Sibsagar location is Harikinkar Mohan.

This is only 2 or 3 things that is good for our company 1 thing Salary structure & INCENTIVE benefits are best also Local convince also good 2 thing company culture atmospher are good ,supporting only staff also good not manager or superior yeat

lots of things are that we not telling you because their is no action againest the superior but you asked me ill tell you in breaf 1. my branch is Nandanvan3033 and my branch manager you search his name in your data .i am never seen this type of person in my life it is waast person that is have never seen. he dosenr have manners, ethicates, he dont have any characters . he always think self dont think about any his staff. he always Getinge leaves for any Seely Seely reasons when staff will asked him to personal leave or emergency leave he said no means no for emergency or death reasons in my branch no one care about the manager. he will not exist in such kind of level of job like post of manager .technical knowledge also zero even he not send one mail to his knowledge always asking ops team always. JCH&RCM are same category on RCM have kind of Knowledge but jch stupide person . he never support any kind situation create of customer to resolved in simple language (Fukat ke paise lera hai manager bankr usse acch to acm tha jab accha tha) my reason behind to leave this job only this person MY JCH he always harrased mentaly or physicaly he always torture all staff i will request you plz get out him in the company . always targets not important cair of staff also importent. more thins that i have tellyou but theis is no changes in this culture he always working like this no matter to discussed more an also timing issue when wear walking interview he said morning 7am to 4pm but in real situation compulsory morning time is 7am but thir is no time to go home sometime 9pm sometime 9.30pm and always every day after 8pm to released all executive staff go to home after 8pm and all sunday work all holidays work including workline holidays also work more thing no words to discribed you now i am so free and salfe
