You are lucky if you get a good manager among some of the idiotic managers... Compensation is the only good thing about the company, that too if you are through campus placement. Not all the campus recruited candidates will get the promised role. They offer a role during recruitment, but provide you a completely different and irrelevant role.

Rare to find good managers among the idiots. Especially, Mysore region regional head is the reason for many resignations and is a sadist. Forget about leaves as you wont get it even if you are in the death bed. HRs existence will be felt only during recruitment and resignation.

Terrible politics,No goal setting,Poor Management,No vision.Work pressure spoil your personal life.Life of a Hotel employee.Super stretched working hours and people are absorbed in the system not due to merit but personal relation.No one to hear your suggestion.HR personal are of terrible quality.

PLS READ THIS Almost everything. I did not believe in reviews here and when I joined, I realised that what was written negatively here was indeed true. 1. No support from operations team. Simple account opening takes a week. 2. Lethargic management who does not work on special requests by Ultra HNIs. Just know how to yell at employees for not getting business while ignoring the business they have got to them. 3. Branch Managers change employee codes while logging in cases so that their favourite person is shown higher in MIS. 4. Employee ID creation, access to system can take more than a month. 5. Constant calls from seniors does not give time to work. Managers force to attend these calls and keep aside other work. 6. Old employees boss over new joinees and make sure they do not succeed. 7. No access to existing clientele given as relationship manager. 8. Only the favourites of the branch manager get the leads generated from HO. Others do not get anything. 9. Work starts at 8.45am and we leave office at 8.30pm. Anything before is frowned upon by the management.

Late working hours if today's Target is not achieved then go and report to RH office at late nights no personal life work on Saturdays even HR is only on pen and paper no empathy for employees

They are not transferable employee to various departments through promotion They will pay high salary to outsiders but not giving chance to existing employee while exiting employee is more productive then the outsiders
