lots of things are that we not telling you because their is no action againest the superior but you asked me ill tell you in breaf 1. my branch is Nandanvan3033 and my branch manager you search his name in your data .i am never seen this type of person in my life it is waast person that is have never seen. he dosenr have manners, ethicates, he dont have any characters . he always think self dont think about any his staff. he always Getinge leaves for any Seely Seely reasons when staff will asked him to personal leave or emergency leave he said no means no for emergency or death reasons in my branch no one care about the manager. he will not exist in such kind of level of job like post of manager .technical knowledge also zero even he not send one mail to his knowledge always asking ops team always. JCH&RCM are same category on RCM have kind of Knowledge but jch stupide person . he never support any kind situation create of customer to resolved in simple language (Fukat ke paise lera hai manager bankr usse acch to acm tha jab accha tha) my reason behind to leave this job only this person MY JCH he always harrased mentaly or physicaly he always torture all staff i will request you plz get out him in the company . always targets not important cair of staff also importent. more thins that i have tellyou but theis is no changes in this culture he always working like this no matter to discussed more an also timing issue when wear walking interview he said morning 7am to 4pm but in real situation compulsory morning time is 7am but thir is no time to go home sometime 9pm sometime 9.30pm and always every day after 8pm to released all executive staff go to home after 8pm and all sunday work all holidays work including workline holidays also work more thing no words to discribed you now i am so free and salfe

Senior person procedure not follow, 12-15 working hours, all holidays working, month end Sunday working or not paybal,half day shift full day working,local conveyance very low 150-1270/₹ only, morning 7am duty start time is 😞

Good work environment and culture.support staff and senior are supportive and management is good company policies are good appraisals are decent but salary is low.

Management doesn't address our issue salary is low job security as low as we think

...utting that they’d rather let their employees die in there than turning on Ac.every now and then we are getting complaints from customers regarding work environment and we employees even have to pay to get water.Overall if this pandemic would have not happend I definitely would won’t recommend anybody to join this bank.

Company is very good in following compliance. Company is aggressive in cost cutting. Very competitive

Dislikes

Big difference in salary structure for same profile and position. Hire and fire on requirement bases. Very short term strategies most of the time cost effectiveness is main motive. Most of the drive are centralized, so not much for you to change whether good or bad
