GF salary Vs. My salary

Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

The Jan Shikshan Sansthan is open to innovation.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that society reliable high quality vocational training and has a special target group. But center travel is completely depends on project and target group location.JSS is Sponsored by MoHRD MoSDE Government of India DAE guideline base scheme and target group and they have some centers in target area. Another plus point is that my client, Board of management, colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is poor and growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Chairman do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time.I do not receive appreciation from my Board of management but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.Also there is no on job special training for Director hence board of management folk like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

... all are very egoist n narrow mentality. Director is also not all a good person. As I protest against their salary rule they just throw me out of the organisation without any notice. They discontinue my contract.Work culture is not so good they are non cooperative and very much selfish.
