Working culture is so toxic and Team lead people doesn't understand the scientist mindset and keeping pressure on scientist. completely biased in appraisal and promotions.

Work culture is horrible. Employee is just pressurized with unrealistic work load and unrealistic timelines. Expected to work even after leaving the office for the day and on week-offs. Leave policy is name sake. Final verdict: Do not join this organization.

Hyderabad building.

Dislikes

No importance to Hyderabad R&D compared to Ahmedabad. Less valued to the employees in Hyderabad. Ahmedabad Senior employees always utilising this R&D to play politics for their growth. Taking credit of R&D employees by PD teams as their credit and representing in front of Canada management. There is no direct interaction of Chairman or senior management in Hyderabad operations. All Company policies and benefits are not applicable for Hyderabad R&D only few are applicable. Remaining R&D head own policies for harassing employees especially in mobile permissions, leave permissions and HR also forcing for utilising paid leaves even though casual leaves available. Involving R & D head and HR in company policies making more rules to not utilising company policies. Less technical knowledge persons in Ahmedabad guiding on R&D projects.
