Multiple peoples involve during in decision making and increase the work with out proper conclusion Ahmadabad team not considering the views and knowledge of Hyderabad Team. Hyderabad team expertise is very good, not utilising properly and and resources also poor, not providing in required time. Ahmadabad team only tells multiple trails base on check list and previous queries, Hypothetical anticipating the queries and increasing the work a lot( almost double and some times triple), not preferring technical justifications to agency.
