There are lot of politics and management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but carrier growth is slow there is a bond of two years before which you cannot resign

The one and only problem is management which is totally fail and fraud. The GM of this dealership has misbehaved soo many times with clients and employees. He didn’t have any type of sense. 1 word for him is (*FRAUD*) person.

Everything here is worst, no chances of growth, seniors will take out all the credit of your good work in front of management, and high rate of criticism and highly use of offencive words used by seniors on junior employees. Avoid this firm for your self-respect and better future.

In Janipur Branch, Advisors are not respected to customer, i was stand there for 15 minutes, no one was welcomed me, what happend to me why should i visited to there ! Very shame less. As a workshop advisor in Jamkash Vehicleades i wish, just fired to Mr. I P Singh from Janipur Branch & have to promote Mr. Rishul Singh from Works Manager to Gen. Manager. He is very honest & have good working skills. One more thing, no one is happy in Janipur Branch to do work with Mr. IP Singh.

I would like to say that while working there is a discipline that every one must have follow that is the most liked thing I experienced while working there

I don't think there is anything to dislike about that company every one out there were helpful, work together.
