The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 8-10 hours straight in a day as Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Learned quite a lot regarding AP roles and invoicing. Seniors are quite cooperative.

The colleagues of quite unprofessional. Always trying to depress other ones and involving in more personal matters than company works.

Jama Corporation is very well managed company & taking extreme care in supporting through Covid-19 lockdown. All the Covid-19 requirements are being taken care which includes wearing of face mask, sanitization, non contact automatic temperature measurement of each person present in factory or office area. Each aspect of employees Health & Safety is fully taken care.

not much better,but almost average marking in every field,as job security ,working culture, politics in every sector as management or company policies it's depend only MD mind.

My experience with in Jama Corporation is too good. Company is traditional. The management is very honest and supportive. Company promote Female staff. 90 percent female staffs work in this company,which is really amazing.mmm
